CENO Consultants, Enterprises of New Orleans LLC was founded in 2007 with the purpose of developing a wide range of services related to the international trade market, inspections and verifications services.

CENO LLC is a marine and cargo consultancy company with head office established in Gonzales, state of Louisiana, United States, where one of the biggest port complexes of USA is located. With correspondents among the major ports of United States and abroad, CENO is ready to operate in a sustainable manner by improving quality, reducing risk and checking compliance. We are specialized and familiarized with the Central America, Caribbean and South America ports operations, and we are frequently contacted to perform marine surveys in these regions, thru our extensive network of professionals, or attending the surveys with our own staff, traveling to the assigned port
Our Story
Since its opening it has been offering a wide range of services to Shipowners, Shipping Agents, Charterers, Sellers, Buyers, Traders, P&I Clubs, Classification Societies, Port Operators, lawyers and anyone engaged in shipping worldwide.
Marine Surveying, which is a detailed inspection of a vessel or its cargo for its safety, seaworthiness, damage and value, is our oldest business activity. Since 1989 (about 30 yrs experience) , CENO founder has performed Vessel and Cargo inspections for vessel owners, agents and underwriters worldwide, besides his experience working for many years as Operation Manager, Marketing Manager and Business Developer in majors recognized inspections companies.
Our inspections are in accordance with the major marine safety, vessel construction, proper cargo handling protocols and fire safety agencies and associations, as well as the current market for vessel monetary values. Our comprehensive reports look at every area and system, complete with photos or drawings detailing our findings.
